The Role Operations are at the core of the school, and we require a dynamic Facilities Manager to thrive in this role. The following knowledge and attributes are preferred: The ability to build rapport with colleagues and young people A knowledge of operations and site management, including relevant health and safety legislation Hands-on practical skills Some experience of line management Knowledge of Microsoft Office packages A grasp of procurement processes Please see the attached Job Description for further information. Salary & Benefits Salaries are competitive Successful candidates are eligible for performance related pay linked to Academy policy in addition to their salary. Staff enjoy working in state of the art facilities, with a calm positive and respectful environment. Up to 10 days per year are allocated for professional development. A modern fitness centre is available for staff use free of charge. The Academy is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children. All successful candidates will be subject to a Disclosure and Barring (DBS) Check and two employment references.
