We are seeking a
Facilities Mechanical & Electrical Engineer
to oversee the operation and maintenance of the electrical and mechanical infrastructure, in addition to facility operations. This role ensures the implementation of safety procedures and M & E technical operations and maintenance for our Farnborough & Reading Data Centres. Key Responsibilities: Oversee operation and maintenance of electrical and mechanical infrastructure. Ensure implementation of safety procedures. Manage M & E technical operations and maintenance. Participate in standby rotas (1 in 3). Minimum Requirements: Full driving licence. Ability to become SC Cleared. Accreditations in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering. Certifications in safe working practices and Health & Safety. Experience in Data Centre sector or mission-critical M&E Infrastructure. Operational and Maintenance experience with electrical and mechanical equipment including Uninterruptable Power Supplies (UPS), Switchgear, Circuit Breakers, Automatic Transfer Switches (ATS), Diesel Generators, Chillers, Heating & Ventilation Air Conditioning (HVAC), Exhaust Fans, and Transformers.
