Facilities Plumber Shift Manager - Prestigious Resort Environment (Apply in minutes)

As the Plumber Shift Manager, you’ll be responsible for ensuring compliance with all aspects of current regulatory and legislative requirements. You will coordinate routine technical inspections and maintenance of all plumbing and wet heating systems in the resort. Additionally, you will oversee all administrative duties related to your role, including the control and purchasing of stock and equipment. As the Shift Manager, you will take the lead in team development, ensuring everyone works with efficiency and excellence. Key Responsibilities

Takes ownership of shift and service delivery to ensure consistent delivery of a quality experience in line with brand guidelines. Confidently addresses guest concerns with the ability to resolve problems. Monitors delivery of service level agreements and proactively arranges appropriate resource support to ensure the guest experience is not impacted. Demonstrates commitment to delivering a superior guest experience in all activities. Liaises with external contractors and plans work to reduce impact on team and guests. Responsible for sprinkler checks and servicing of all related equipment. Skills, Knowledge & Expertise

Essential: Fully qualified Plumber. Demonstrable leadership experience in managing a team. Desirable: Good understanding of heating management with formal qualification. A formal H qualification. Facilities Management qualification (ILM or BIFM). About Butlins
