Facilities Supervisor Contract: Infrastructure Location: Leeds, LS9 9BJ Hours of work: 37.5 Contract Type: Permanent The Site Facilities Supervisor will play a key leadership role in overseeing the site’s operations, providing supervision and guidance to the team while ensuring the delivery of exceptional service. Job Description In this role, you will be responsible for meeting and exceeding operational targets and fostering strong client relationships.

Your focus will be on driving performance excellence, developing the team, and ensuring that all commitments to both the client and the organisation are consistently achieved.

Key Responsibilities Ensure supervision of the team’s performance of all aspects of the contract services being delivered within the depot. Direct supervision of both planned and reactive performance of all services. Direct supervision of extra works process to support client requests. Build and support client relationships and expectations at all levels. Take ownership of Client escalations and deliver satisfactory resolutions. Be the one-stop solution for the client's facilities team. Ensure the provision of healthy and safe working conditions and that both clients and company health and safety policy and process are effectively implemented across both ISS services and sub-contractors activities and are regularly reviewed. Operate and monitor ISS safety systems such as but not limited to - Near hit, Close call, Assess net, Compliance portal. Champion a safe working environment throughout the team and within the depot to ensure all teams are fully aware of their roles and responsibilities. Support full compliance with ISS & NTL system and procedures. Deliver solutions in line with client expectations. Professional and Personal Competencies/Qualifications Ability to obtain PTS (Personal trackside safety). Experience in a Facilities supervisor role within facilities Cleaning/maintenance environment. Previous experience in the supervisory of a multi-disciplinary service to a complex facility incorporating maintenance and engineering. Demonstrated experience of managing Health & Safety compliance. Demonstrated aptitude in effective supervision of people with strong leadership skills, and well-developed interpersonal skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required; proactive communication skills are a requisite in establishing and maintaining customer confidence. Proficiency in establishing and building client relationships to meet the departmental goals of the Organisation. Proficiency and/or willingness to learn with the Microsoft Office suite and Maximo or similar software.
