The development has 652 residential homes and benefits from several amenities including an onsite spa, gym, cinema room and landscaped grounds including golf. The development is located within easy reach of Barons Court and Hammersmith underground stations. Key Responsibilities and Requirements: You have strong health and safety experience and knowledge of building safety. You will be responsible for issuing permits to works, reviewing Risk Assessments and Method Statements (RAMS), ensuring PPE compliance and carrying out various site inspections on a daily, weekly, monthly basis. You will have experience working in a similar role being responsible for managing relationships with a multitude of stakeholders, contractors, third party providers and residents/customers. You will have some exposure in dealing with reactive maintenance related issues, investing, reporting and actioning accordingly. You are IT literate and have worked with different systems and software relating to H&S. Excellent communicator with the ability to liaise with residents and contractors on any queries, complaints and health and safety related matters. Working closely with the Facilities Manager and ensuring statutory compliance and uploading required documentation online. Supporting the Facilities Manager with day to day tasks and projects as required. You’re always looking for opportunities to drive the performance of the development and contribute to amazing results.
