Facilities Team Leader Opportunity in Cambridge Position: Facilities Team Leader About the Role: They are seeking a dedicated Facilities Team Leader to manage the smooth running of their Cambridge Facilities Team, consisting of eight people. This role involves providing efficient service aligned with the firm's strategy and values. Key Responsibilities: Oversee the efficiency of the Facilities team, ensuring staff resources are applied evenly to support all functions and deliver outstanding client service. Motivate, encourage, and train staff to enhance team performance. Act as the first point of contact for any facilities-related queries, ensuring timely updates and resolutions. Build professional relationships with sub-tenants and support the management of service charge budgets and reconciliation. Deputise in the absence of the Senior Facilities Manager. Support the implementation and compliance with the firm's health and safety policy. Conduct regular building inspections to maintain high housekeeping standards. Attend internal and external supplier meetings to improve efficiency and resolve issues. About You: To be successful in this role, you should have: Exceptional people and management skills. Experience in overseeing facilities services both in-house and outsourced. Experience dealing with health and safety issues and procedures. Ability to lead and motivate a facilities team. Strong planning and organisational skills. Experience in refurbishment projects and staff moves. Knowledge of cost tracking and budgetary processes. Understanding of building mechanical and electrical services. Salary:
