Having undergone significant growth our client are seeking to recruit a Factory Quality Leader to the team to maintain their clear focus on quality standards.
You will be responsible for:
- Your role will be diverse and cover day to day dupport to the production teams esnuring product quality & safety
- You’ll support internal and external auditing processes and play an important role in the development of quality systems as well as involvement in continuous improvement activity
- Develop technical excellence at all levels within operations, in addition to training, coaching & mentoring on both existing and new standards
Your experience:
- You will have experience of operating in a Qaulity or Technical role within the food industry
- A working knowledge of BRC and HACCP is important
- You will be passionate about delivering the highest quality standards to customers and consumers alike.
- We are seeking an individual with a practical and positive outlook to develop the function and promote effective quality practices throughout the business.
- HACCP Level 4 would be desirable
