Factory Test & Commissioning Engineer
Factory Test & Commissioning Engineer focuses on system electrical start up and system testing, following start-up/test procedures.
What the role involves
- System electrical start up and system testing, following start-up/test procedures.
- Fault finding on HVPS, A/C, CT Tubes and associated hardware/software.
- Test image reconstruction and threat detection engine (SW&HW).
- Test PLC code and HMI functionality.
- Conduct Image Quality (IQ) machine configuration process.
- Supporting the development of relevant testing documentation and work instructions.
Skills and requirements
- Experience in X-ray generation equipment is desired, but not essential.
- Experience with PLC controls, Allen Bradley platform with RS Logix is preferred.
- Experience with complex IT systems, both Microsoft and Linux OS.
- Proven experience in fault finding on complex electrical panels and circuits with the ability to rework any faults found whilst adhering to the required procedures.
