In this role, you will oversee the transformation of a factory, ensuring the successful implementation of key changes and developing and maintaining strong working relationships with key stakeholders.

This role will require comprehensive management of the project team, overseeing their activities and coordination throughout every phase of the project lifecycle, from initiation through to successful completion.

Job Purpose:

Project planning and scoping:

Define the project scope, objectives, and deliverables, and develop project plans that include timelines, budgets, and resource allocation. Stakeholder management:

Engage with key stakeholders, including executives, department heads, and external partners, ensuring clear communication and effectively managing expectations throughout the project lifecycle. Team Leadership:

Assemble and lead a cross-functional project team, fostering a collaborative environment and ensuring all team members are aligned with the project's goals. Change Management:

Implement change management strategies to facilitate smooth transitions, address resistance, and ensure full employee support for the transformation.

Ideal Candidates: Technical Expertise:

Deep knowledge of manufacturing processes, technologies, and project management methodologies and tools. Interpersonal skills:

Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships and resolve conflicts effectively. Strategic Thinking:

Skilled at aligning project goals with overall business strategy, with a forward-thinking approach that anticipates future changes and opportunities. Problem solving:

Excellent analytical abilities to identify issues and devise effective solutions, along with the flexibility to adapt to evolving circumstances and requirements. Leadership:

Capable of inspiring and motivating the project team, with excellent decision-making abilities and a strong sense of accountability for project results.
