Our client is an ambitious law firm with a broad presence across various locations and is looking to expand its Family team. The firm's family team is well-respected, with an enviable reputation across the region.
This dynamic law firm is looking for a Family Fee Earner to assist the team and handle a diverse and interesting caseload of family matters including providing legal counsel and representation to clients in divorce and financial remedy, conducting legal research, and drafting and preparing legal documents including petitions, agreements, and court pleadings.
Ideally, the team is looking for someone with 2+ years' PQE with an exceptional understanding of the Matrimonial Causes Act 1973; however, this level of experience has been given as an approximate guide for applicants, and our client is happy to consider the applications of candidates who fall outside of this bracket.
