This is an excellent opportunity to work on a diverse and challenging caseload of high quality family law matters, in a professional and supportive environment. The firm has a strong track record in family law, offering clients expert advice across a wide range of issues. You will manage your own caseload, providing strategic advice and representing clients in divorce, financial remedy, and private law children’s cases. Key Responsibilities: Manage a varied caseload of private family matters, including:
Divorce and dissolution of civil partnerships Financial remedy Financial provision for children and separation agreements Cohabitation agreements Child arrangement cases
Key Skills and Experience: Significant experience in private family law, including divorce, financial remedy, and children’s matters Strong communication and organisational skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships A proactive, results-driven approach with the ability to manage deadlines and client expectations Proven advocacy experience and a strong ability to handle complex matters in court Excellent file management skills and a focus on efficiency A collaborative team player with the ability to mentor and support junior staff A proven track record in business development and generating new client work What We Are Looking For: A qualified solicitor with at least 7 years’ PQE in family law A competent and confident practitioner with the ability to manage complex cases independently A client-focused professional who is proactive and committed to high standards of service This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Family Solicitor looking to take on a varied and rewarding caseload, within an established and supportive firm.
