Family Law Solicitor, Exeter
This is the chance for an associate level solicitor, ideally circa 2-6 years PQE to join a thriving firm who are looking to replace a leaver in their Family team. There is a ready made caseload of work available. Good quality work comes into the firm and they have a good reputation for looking after their clients and being sensitive to their needs. You should be able to work under minimal supervision and take on a privately funded caseload which has a leaning towards Divorce, Matrimonial and Finances work but the team also handles civil partnership, separation, cohabitee issues and children matters. You should be a bright and capable fee earner with experience gained in a busy team previous as either a qualified solicitor or legal executive. You will want autonomy over your own files and to be able to set strategy and you will also be keen to become a "go-to" person for the area either, forging your reputation through word of mouth, networking, marketing and gentle business development activities.
