Key Responsibilities:
Manage a varied caseload, including:
Divorce and separation Property and financial settlements Children issues and care arrangements Trusts of land Pre/post-nuptial agreements and cohabitation agreements Non-molestation applications
If at a senior level, provide guidance and mentoring to junior team members Work independently, taking cases from initial instruction through to completion About You: Ideally, 1+ year PQE, but we are open to candidates at all experience levels, including those at Senior/Associate level Experience handling a range of family law matters independently Strong communication skills and the ability to manage your caseload effectively If applying at a senior level, a willingness to mentor junior team members The successful Family Law Solicitor will benefit from: Opportunity to work in one of the largest
