The Family department assists high net worth individuals in divorce matters with specialist divorce solicitors experienced in domestic abuse, adoption, child abduction, and more. Main Responsibilities of the Role

Responsible for all aspects of Family Law work, providing technical expertise and guidance to other team members. Manage and supervise Solicitors, Trainee Solicitors, and Caseworkers. Assist with training and development in the department. Handle a range of Family work including divorce, financial disputes, child abduction, and injunctions. Demonstrate a professional, proactive approach with strong client care skills. Key Skills Required:

Must have a clean, valid Practising Certificate. Committed team player with supervisory experience. Professional with strong client care skills. Excellent networking and communication skills. Working knowledge of publicly funded Family Law work. Extensive experience in Family Law related work. Experience in own advocacy is an advantage. Excellent IT skills, familiar with Microsoft Office applications. What we offer
