An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Family Law Solicitor or Fee Earner to join my client's team in their offices based in Andover on a hybrid basis.
Main purpose of the role
To provide effective and timely service to the firm's clients in relation to Family Law Matters. Key Responsibilities:
Advising clients in relation to Divorce, Children, Financial Remedy and Non-Molestation and Occupation Orders. Drafting court documents including divorce petitions, statements, Children Act applications, Financial remedy documentation, warning letters and general correspondence. Preparing cases for court hearings, including trial bundles and briefing counsel as required. Family Mediation. Benefits
Hybrid working. Full time. The candidate will have an additional bonus of 10% of all fees paid over annual target at the end of the financial year. Refer a friend bonuses. Paid Sick Leave.
