•This role involves handling a diverse caseload, including domestic abuse, private children matters, non-molestation matters, cohabitation disputes, and financial and divorce cases.
•The primary responsibilities involve drafting legal documents, assembling trial bundles, and representing clients during court hearings.
•This role is ideal for newly qualified Solicitors, Legal Executives, or those with up to 2 years' PQE, as well as experienced Paralegals with relevant experience.
•The ideal candidate will be able to manage your own caseload and be a part of a legal aid family law team.
