We are currently recruiting for an experienced Family Lawyer to join our client at their Gillingham offices with the option of hybrid working.
The Role: The position is a fee-earning role within our Family Law Department. The role will involve managing an existing, broad, and varied caseload of family law matters, including divorce, financial settlements, pre-nuptial agreements, children arrangements, and relationship breakdowns. Our client is ideally looking for a family lawyer and mediator, but the mediation element is not essential for the right person. Ideally, you will have 5+ years PQE experience.
The Person: You will be an experienced Family Lawyer with proven experience of handling a varied family law caseload and the skills to deal with sensitive family matters. You will be a people person with a positive, team-focused approach and be passionate about providing excellent client service. You will also have a proactive and flexible approach and be professional and friendly.
