Key Duties Provide expert legal guidance across a broad spectrum of family law matters, including private children law, protection under the Family Law Act, divorce, and financial disputes both upon divorce and separation. Build strong client relationships, fostering trust and understanding. Work closely with other team members to ensure clients receive well-rounded, compassionate support. Handle cases from start to resolution, applying a practical and solution-oriented approach. Stay updated with family law developments and advise clients accordingly. Attend and contribute to pro-bono training provided to local domestic abuse support charities. Key Requirements Qualified Solicitor of at least 5 years PQE with proven experience in family law. Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
