The firm is looking to appoint a full-time or part-time Solicitor or Legal Executive or equivalent to their family law department. You will be able to: Demonstrate detailed knowledge and technical expertise in dealing with private family law caseloads including: Divorce proceedings Financial remedy proceedings Cohabitation and separation agreements Pre and post nuptial agreements Children matters Build and develop new and existing client relationships. Work effectively as a fee earner as part of a successful family law team. What We Offer
