Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Family Lawyer at Bell Lax Solicitors. The Family Lawyer will be responsible for handling family law cases, providing legal advice, drafting legal documents, representing clients in court, and negotiating settlements. The role is primarily located in Royal Sutton Coldfield but allows for some remote work.
Qualifications
Experience in family law, including divorce, child custody and financial settlements.
Strong negotiation and advocacy skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Experience in mediation and alternative dispute resolution is a plus.
