You will be able to demonstrate detailed knowledge and technical expertise in dealing with private family law caseloads, including: Divorce proceedings Financial remedy proceedings Cohabitation and separation agreements Pre and post nuptial agreements Children matters You will be able to build and develop new and existing client relationships and work effectively as a fee earner as part of a successful family law team.
