A highly respected regional law firm is seeking an experienced Legal Secretary to join their established Family Matrimonial department. The successful Family Legal Secretary will be supporting a small team of highly experienced Family Solicitors, and you will be a vital part of this well-oiled machine!

The successful Family Legal Secretary will be responsible for a range of duties to include: Typing and producing quality legal letters and documents Digital dictation/audio typing File set up and closures Being the first port of call for client enquiries Attending client meetings Diary management

The successful Family Legal Secretary will offer the following background/skill set: Have previous experience of working in a law firm/legal services - ideally within Family law, but other contentious areas of law will be considered - essential Be a fast and accurate typist (working to at least 60wpm) Offer excellent communication skills - written and verbal Be presentable Have a high attention to detail Have solid IT skills - ideally with experience of using CMS Be a keen team player with a 'can do' attitude

The successful Family Legal Secretary will be welcomed into a friendly and diverse law firm, where staff come first! Staff turnover is exceptionally low, as people are well looked after with regular reviews and lots of training and development opportunities. You will be offered an above market-rate salary, which is regularly reviewed as well as a very flexible benefits package (more details available on request). There are lots of social events throughout the year, and the firm is heavily involved in supporting local charities.

Ideally, the successful Family Legal Secretary will work on a full-time basis; however, part-time working may be considered (a minimum of 3 days per week).
