For the role you will be providing administrative / secretarial support. Which will include:
Assist the fee earner with preparation of legal documents and correspondence
Maintain electronic and paper filing systems
Schedule appointments and manage diaries
Conduct audio typing of legal documents
Communicate with clients, colleagues, and external parties
Handle incoming calls and emails
Perform general administrative tasks
Experience required:
Previous Legal Secretarial experience within Family law
Strong IT Skills
Excellent communication skills
Ability to prioritise tasks effectively and demonstrate good time management
