Deliver Early Learning Sessions:

Plan and run fun, engaging activities that support children’s development. Support Families at Home:

Help parents create positive learning environments through our Play at Home Programmes. Promote Learning & Development:

Partner with local schools and nurseries to support children’s speech, language, and communication. Provide Early Help:

Work with families facing challenges to create individual targeted plans and connect them with support services. Facilitate Parenting Courses:

Get trained to deliver impactful courses like Incredible Years and Nurturing to empower parents. What We’re Looking For

A minimum

NVQ Level 3 qualification

in health, social care, childcare, or education (or equivalent). At least

2 years of experience

working with children aged 0-5 and their families. Background in health promotion, public health, or community settings with vulnerable groups. Strong interpersonal skills to build trusting relationships with families and partner agencies. Flexibility to work occasional evenings and weekends to meet community needs. An enhanced DBS will be undertaken. Why Join Us?
