Duties include but are not limited to:
Research and analysis to support business / personal activities
Provide clear, structured communications / reports
Meeting minutes
Complex personal and business diary: travel / bookings / logistics / appointments / meetings
Prioritise & action incoming correspondence (emails, phone calls, mail)
Assist with event planning and coordination
Maintain & review key contact database
Expenses & budget tracking
Liaising with financial institutions, accountants, and other professionals as required
Assist with document preparation, incl’ Investment, Finance, Legal and Property
Rigorously proofread materials
Personal shopping, errands, and procurement of goods / services
Record keeping / filing
Hours: 8.30 – 5.30
Salary: £40-60k
