My client is seeking a dedicated Family Law Paralegal to join their supportive and experienced family team. This role offers the opportunity to assist on providing specialist advice regarding family law issues, including divorce and separation, financial disputes, child arrangements, pre and postnuptial settlements, injunctions, and care proceedings.

Day-to-day of the role:
  • Assisting solicitors with a caseload of family law matters.
  • Drafting legal documents, correspondence, and agreements.
  • Conducting legal research and gathering relevant information.
  • Liaising with clients to provide support and advice.
  • Preparing for and attending court when necessary.
  • Managing case files, ensuring all documentation is maintained and up to date.
  • Collaborating with the team to ensure a supportive and efficient working environment.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as a paralegal within family law.
  • Strong understanding of family law and procedures.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Organised and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Commitment to providing high-quality support to solicitors and clients.
