The firm's Family department is busy and successful, collaborating with some of the leading Family Law experts in the Kent & Sussex area. In this role, you will engage in a diverse range of family matters, encompassing both private and publicly funded cases. The ideal candidate:
Possess a minimum of 2 years' experience in a family department. Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge across all aspects of family law. Proficient in IT. Flourish in an environment that fosters shared goals and accomplishments. Capable of working independently, showcasing initiative, and solving problems effectively. Exhibit excellent communication skills. Responsibilities:
Assist Lawyers in preparing legal documents. Conduct legal research and collect pertinent information for cases. Manage and organise legal files and documents. Facilitate communication with clients, witnesses, and other stakeholders in legal proceedings. Arrange appointments, meetings, and court hearings.
