Family Partner | Tier 1 Ranked firm | HNW / UHNW work

Having formed less than 10 years ago, this firm is considered Manchester's leading legal disrupter. With L500 accolades across many practice areas coupled with recruiting Partners from top 10 International firms, they are now looking to take the next step on their growth journey with the addition of a Family Partner.

The firm

This firm specializes in a broad array of legal services focusing on big ticket business clients across Corporate Law, Employment Law, Commercial Disputes, and Construction, whilst boasting a strong team who handle HNW / UHNW individuals' work spanning Property, Private Client, and Family. For lawyers looking to join a fully serviced practice which encourages cross referral work, collaboration, and teamwork, this is an excellent choice.

Despite housing partners who trained and progressed at larger internationals, there is a very open door culture here. The partners are accessible to associates and senior associates providing a rare platform to collaborate with leaders in the field. As a result, routes to progression in the sense of job title and technical ability are far clearer and more transparent at this practice in comparison to their international competitors.

There is a significant level of financial investment in the practice from the partnership, giving any fee-earner the chance to join a firm that is undoubtedly going to grow significantly in the next 5/10 years.

The role

This firm is looking for a Family Partner to join their heavy-hitting Tier 1 ranked practice.

In this role, you will be handling your own caseload of HNW / UHNW Family matters dealing with clients nationally and internationally. The department deals with a broad range of privately funded work which includes divorces, ancillary relief, TOLATA related matters, international relocation, and much more.

This firm offers the platform to deal with a high-quality level of work whilst providing entrepreneurial encouragement to grow your own practice with significant mentorship from the leadership team. They value client contact and encourage all Family fee-earners to network and build strong relationships with clients and internally.

The department benefits massively from their multi-service offering, allowing family specialists to harness HNW cross-referral work from corporate, real estate, disputes, and private client.

Requirements You will be a Family Solicitor with 8+ years PQE. You will have experience working directly in privately funded family law. You will want to progress quickly and work alongside a leading individual in the family space. What's on offer Strong salaries & flexible working. State of the art offices based in Manchester City Centre. The chance to join a growing business that has plans to grow significantly over the next 5/10 years.
