The firm has steadily grown over the last couple of years and the work keeps flooding in through referrals, returning clients, and fantastic networking/business development activity. Role & Requirements
This position is perfect for a solicitor already at Partner level or for a solicitor who wants to progress into this position. The work is all privately funded (high value, complex), which is predominantly Divorce & Finance, Children’s Law, Co-Hab Disputes, Pre Nups, etc. You will also have the added responsibility of continuing the business development work with the aim to keep developing and growing the department. 6 years + PQE Extensive experience within Family Law Have a following of work (ideal but not essential) Experience with Networking / Business Development (essential) Benefits
