Vox Consultants are hiring for a Family Practitioner within a London Borough Council on a Locum basis.
As a Family Practitioner, you will be joining the Families Together Team. Your main responsibilities will include:
Facilitating intensive, strengths-based sessions for children aged 10 - 18 and their families who have been referred to children's services. Working towards the three-phase intervention for adolescents on the Edge of Care to improve relationships and communication within families. Collaborating with other professionals within the Service.
Essentials: Valid Right to Work in the UK. A relevant Professional Qualification. Registered with HCPC. Industry relevant Frontline Experience. Up to date with industry knowledge and legislation. Subject to a clear enhanced DBS check.
