Do you want to work in an innovative law firm which is experiencing a significant period of growth due to its unique service offering and commitment to being a force for good? Do you enjoy working in successful and supportive team environment promoting professional and personal development? ABOUT THE ROLE

Our family law department specialises in all family and relationship matters including separation and divorce, arrangements for children, asset and financial planning, relationship breakdowns as well as cohabitation agreements, and pre-nuptial agreements for couples getting married or entering into a civil partnership. Reporting to the Head of Department who is widely recognised in prestigious legal publications such as Legal 500 and Chambers Legal Directory, you also will work alongside an experienced and supportive team, gaining exposure across a real variety of work. With an already brilliant team in place and quality work, this is a role with huge potential. We’re now looking for a senior lawyer with vision who can build on the momentum to join us in growing the department and driving the direction of our family law offering. You will enjoy high levels of client contact and be expected to develop and manage profitable relationships with new and existing clients and third parties (including referrers), while ensuring refreshing, gold-standard service levels are delivered at all times. What we’re looking for

Our clients praise us for being a forward-thinking, proactive team that wholeheartedly has our clients’ interests first and foremost so we are looking for someone who shares these values with us. While we have an established reputation in family law, we are looking for someone who has excellent business development skills and a strong existing network as well as a commercial approach to how we can continue to improve our offering and client experience. You will be a credible and technically strong practitioner who has experience and enjoys working on a wide range of clients. You must be a strong and transparent communicator who is able to confidently liaise with internal and external stakeholders at all levels and able to manage and build positive working relationships. You will have strong commercial acumen and be a results driven individual. We are passionate about ‘doing law differently’ with high quality service and having a positive impact being our priorities. If you share our values, then we would love to hear from you.
