The Role The successful candidate will manage a diverse caseload, including: Divorce and separation matters. Financial settlements, including high-value and complex cases. Cohabitation disputes and agreements. Child arrangements, relocation matters, and parental responsibility issues. Cases involving domestic abuse, parental alienation, and related challenges.
The Candidate The ideal candidate will: Be a qualified Solicitor with at least 3 years PQE in family law. Demonstrate strong technical expertise in family law procedures. Be a member of Resolution or committed to constructive dispute resolution. Possess excellent communication and client-care skills. Have a proactive approach to managing a varied caseload effectively.
