Key Responsibilities:
Independently manage a variety of family law cases, including:
Divorce
Financial remedy disputes
Civil partnership disputes
Rights of unmarried and cohabiting couples
Represent clients effectively in court and other settings as required
Provide exceptional service and legal advice to clients during challenging times
Please note: This role does not involve Child Law or Childcare work, as this is handled by a separate team.
What We’re Looking For?
2 – 5 years of prior experience in family law, including managing your own caseload
Proven experience representing clients in court
A team player who values a supportive work environment
