The Role You will join a strong and established family law team headed by a well-known, legal500-recognised Partner. Key Responsibilities: Handling a variety of family law matters, including divorce, financial settlements, pre-nuptial and post-nuptial agreements, cohabitation disputes, and private children matters. Advising clients with sensitivity and professionalism, maintaining a client-first approach. Drafting and negotiating legal documents, including consent orders and separation agreements. Representing clients in court and at mediation or collaborative law sessions. Building and maintaining strong client relationships while delivering exceptional service. Contributing to business development activities to support the continued growth of the family law team. This role is ideal for someone committed to delivering exceptional, second-to-none services for their clients, working alongside a friendly and supportive team of like-minded individuals. Requirements: Qualified Solicitor with at least 3 years of PQE in family law. Strong technical knowledge of family law and a track record of managing your own caseload. Excellent client care skills, with the ability to build trust and provide empathetic support. A proactive approach to business development and team collaboration.
