Job Description: Our Client is seeking a qualified Family Law Solicitor with a minimum of 2 years' PQE to join their growing family law team. This role offers the opportunity to manage a diverse caseload of family law matters, with a particular focus on divorce, finances, children, and cohabitee disputes. Key Responsibilities:
Manage a full caseload of family law matters, including divorce, financial settlements, children, and cohabitee disputes. Advise clients, negotiate settlements, and represent them in family law proceedings. Provide expert advice to clients with investment portfolios, pensions, and high-net-worth individuals. Assist in marketing the firm by writing articles and blogs for the website and social media platforms. Collaborate with colleagues and assist in business development to help grow the family law practice. Provide a high standard of client care and ensure timely, efficient management of cases.
Requirements: A minimum of 2 years' PQE in Family Law, with significant experience in divorce, finances, children, and cohabitee disputes. Proven ability to manage your own caseload and work independently. Experience advising clients with complex financial and asset matters, including investment portfolios and pensions. Experience in Part 7/Part 8 claims is desirable. Strong communication, negotiation, and client care skills. Ability to contribute to business development and marketing efforts, with a proactive approach to growing the firm's presence. An interest in professional development and a commitment to ongoing learning.
