You will never be far from intriguing, interesting clients that will allow you to service the most interesting and prolific caseload. The Role This is a great opportunity for a Senior Family Solicitor to join this flourishing heavyweight Family practice in their Canterbury, Kent office. The team finds that good results are achieved by working closely with clients and building up relationships of trust and mutual respect. Their experience of local services such as mediation, coupled with a sound knowledge of the law, means that they are leaders in their field. You will gain great experience dealing with both private and publicly funded (legal aid) clients and undertake advocacy, and be involved with any number of the following: divorce, child protection, forced marriages, adoption, residence orders, surrogacy, separation, financial advice, civil partnerships, etc. Requirements: You must be a Family Solicitor or Legal Executive and will ideally have at least 10 years PQE (there is no upper limit in terms of PQE) You will have a great eye for detail Be ambitious and dynamic You will receive a basic salary that is above market rate, plus a brilliant package incentive Excellent career prospects, no glass ceilings.
