Essex Key Responsibilities of the Family Solicitor: You will work on an interesting case load of all aspects of family law, including divorce, financial proceedings, emergency injunctions, private children act applications, pre-nuptial agreements and cohabitation work. You will play an active role in business development and promote the firm and yourself as a professional at internal and external events. You will support junior fee earners and manage your own caseload. Desirable Skills and Requirements of the Family Solicitor: You will have 2 years PQE in family law or equivalent. You will have experience in key areas of private family law as mentioned above. You will have advocacy experience or be willing to develop it.
