Family Solicitor
to join their friendly team, based at their
Romford
office.
The Candidate We require someone with a minimum of 5 years PQE in Family Law with some experience in Civil Litigation preferably, to join our busy and impressive Family and Litigation teams. You will handle a medium caseload (20 - 25 cases) of family matters for a range of clients, including high-net-worth individuals whilst moving towards a supervisory role in family.
The successful candidate will have experience in handling a varied workload across all areas of private Family Law with some general litigation experience.
Responsibilities Include:
Divorce and separation
Children matters
Separation/Cohabitation agreements
Finances
Domestic violence injunctions
Pre/Post Nuptial agreements
General Civil Litigation (if possible)
Who Are We Looking For?
Good communication skills
Track record of achieving career, financial (including fee targets) and business development goals
Track record of training paralegals, trainee and junior solicitors
Track record of assistance with management of a practice is preferred
Strong leadership qualities
A clear decision maker
Enthusiasm to engage in networking and practice development activities
Client focused and practical
Demonstrable ability and keen to build and maintain client and referral relationships
Excellent administration and organisational skills
Professional but friendly and approachable personality.
