The Role

As a Family Solicitor, you will play a crucial role in the firm's thriving Family department, with a particular focus on international disputes including child abduction and cross-border family matters. You'll manage a varied caseload of both litigated and non-litigated matters, providing expert legal counsel on family finance issues such as divorce, child custody, financial settlements, and more. Working alongside highly experienced directors known for their outstanding reputations, you'll be handling high-caliber, privately funded cases. Key Responsibilities Handle a diverse range of family law matters, with a focus on cross-border disputes. Deliver exceptional client care, offering clear, expert legal advice. Achieve individual billing and time-recording targets. Participate in business development, networking, and marketing efforts to grow the department. Requirements 5+ years PQE in Family Law, with significant experience in cross-border and financial matters. Strong communication skills and the ability to build lasting client relationships. Independent, proactive, and able to thrive in a team-oriented, client-focused environment. Resolution membership is preferred. Benefits Highly competitive salary
