About The Role As a Family Solicitor, you'll take over an existing caseload spanning both privately funded and legal aid. From divorce to financial settlements and children matters (with an emphasis in financial remedy), you will play a pivotal role in providing expert legal advice and representation to the firms clients. In addition, you'll conduct your own advocacy, therefore previous experience of this is highly desirable. Requirements: You must be an experienced Family Solicitor or Legal Executive with 2+ years PQE. Experience handling privately funded family matters Strong advocacy and negotiation skills. Family Panel Membership is desirable. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Commitment to upholding ethical standards and providing exceptional client service.
