North London Key Responsibilities of the Family Solicitor: Managing and building up a varied matrimonial caseload. Handling complex legal issues including divorce, financial provision, TOLATA, and children disputes. Providing high-quality legal advice and representation to clients. Drafting and reviewing legal documents related to family law matters. Advising clients on the wider implications of any transactions or advice. Supporting senior members of the team in their caseloads. Keeping up to date with developments in Family Law. Desirable Skills and Requirements of the Family Solicitor: A minimum of 5 years PQE in Family Law. Experience working with high net worth clients. Strong understanding of Family Law. Excellent communication and organisational skills (both written and spoken). Ability to show empathy and understanding to clients and colleagues. Proven ability to manage a mixed caseload. Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
