The Role
You will join a strong and established family law team headed by a well-known, legal 500-recognised Partner.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handling a variety of family law matters, including divorce, financial settlements, pre-nuptial and post-nuptial agreements, cohabitation disputes, and private children matters.
- Advising clients with sensitivity and professionalism, maintaining a client-first approach.
- Drafting and negotiating legal documents, including consent orders and separation agreements.
- Representing clients in court and at mediation or collaborative law sessions.
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships while delivering exceptional service.
- Contributing to business development activities to support the continued growth of the family law team.
This role is ideal for someone committed to delivering exceptional, second-to-none services for their clients, working alongside a friendly and supportive team of like-minded individuals.
Requirements:
- Qualified Solicitor with at least 1 year of PQE in family law.
- Strong technical knowledge of family law and a track record of managing your own caseload.
- Excellent client care skills, with the ability to build trust and provide empathetic support.
- A proactive approach to business development and team collaboration.
- Exceptional communication and organizational skills.
