This established high street, multi-practice firm has been delivering expert legal advice to both private and commercial clients for many years. Operating across South Wales from multiple locations, they are expanding their Family department and require a Solicitor with experience in Divorce, Finances, and childcare. YOUR DAY TO DAY
You will be an ambitious family lawyer, motivated and keen to progress and provide high-quality services to your clients. You will run a full caseload, dealing with a variety of work including matrimonial finance & divorce and private child law cases to include: Divorce and separation Financial Settlements Children matters Civil partnerships Cohabitation Domestic violence Collaborative law Mediation EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
Qualified Solicitor or equivalent within Family Law Experience handling a wide range of family law matters such as Divorce, finances, childcare, pre and post-nuptial agreements Experienced in dealing with both private and publicly funded matters Experienced in networking and business development The firm has free on-site parking and can offer hybrid working.
