About the role
Established in 2007, our client has grown alongside their clients, and the list of services they provide has been curated over time to provide their clients with exactly what they need, efficiently. They are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to join their team as a full-time, on-site Family Solicitor. This role offers an exciting opportunity for a professional to manage a diverse caseload of family law matters, including divorce, cohabitation, prenuptial agreements, child arrangements, and financial disputes. The successful candidate will also be expected to represent clients in court, attend hearings, and cultivate and maintain strong client relationships.
Requirements
Expertise in Family Law:
Minimum of 5 years PQE with a deep understanding of family law. Communication and Interpersonal Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication is essential. Autonomous & Team Player:
Ability to work independently. Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills:
Outstanding analytical abilities and a keen eye for problem-solving. Attention to Detail:
A commitment to accuracy and attention to detail in all aspects of caseload management. Educational Background:
A bachelor's degree in law or an equivalent qualification. Qualified Solicitor:
Hold a valid clean SRA practising certificate. Working Conditions:
Hybrid working available. Salary:
In the region of £45,000+. Working Hours:
Monday to Friday, office-based.
