An excellent opportunity for an experienced Family Solicitor has arisen to join my client's team in their Long Eaton, Derbyshire offices on a Hybrid basis.
My client is a multi-disciplinary high street law firm that has been serving clients for over 130 years. This newly created role is due to a sustained period of growth and offers a varied caseload.
Main Duties To handle a varied caseload of private family matters including: Divorce. Financial settlements and remedies. Cohabitation. High value family matters. Prenuptial agreements. Children matters.
General Duties To work in a flexible way to ensure that the workload is completed and to undertake any other jobs commensurate with the level of the post. To establish, maintain and enhance team-working with colleagues and staff of the firm. To keep confidential all information about individuals and the business of the firm and work within the guidelines of the GDPR. To abide by their Equality and Diversity, Health and Safety, Anti Money Laundering Policies and all other relevant policies.
Experience 2 years+ PQE in Family Law. Experience of handling high-value private family matters and financial transactions. Experience of establishing, building and sustaining professional relationships with colleagues, clients, and other contacts. Experience of managing own workload and prioritising appropriately. Strong Organizational & IT Skills.
This role is available from any of my client's three offices based in Long Eaton, Derbyshire, Ripley, Derbyshire, or Beeston, Nottinghamshire.
