Our clients in the York area are looking for a Family Solicitor to join their team. They are a well-known Firm in their field.
THE ROLE:
Keep up to date with changes of procedures and laws Deliver outstanding service to the clients Resolve client concerns and queries Represent clients on family law matters and provide legal counsel Research and analyse cases whilst working with the client Create court pleadings, agreements and petitions accordingly Work closely along the wider teams within the company day to day Represent clients at Directions Hearings and Contested Hearings THE CANDIDATE:
At least 2 years' experience in the same role prior Comfortable with Microsoft packages Keen eye for detail Ability to work to deadlines Enjoys collaborating with other teams within the business Our client would consider up to 2 days working from home. THE CONSULTANCY:
