Family Solicitor – Berkshire
This Berkshire-based private practice law firm, established for over 100 years, specialises in Litigation, Family, Corporate Commercial, Commercial & Residential Property and Inheritance Protection.
This firm is seeking a Family Solicitor or Legal Executive with 3+ years' PQE to join a Partner-led, collaborative and friendly team in Maidenhead.
The ideal candidate will be a subject matter expert in the following areas:
Divorce
Financial Disputes
Children
Financial, prenuptial and postnuptial agreements where parties have international links, assets or are located outside of the UK
Cohabitation disputes – TOLATA and Schedule 1
Civil partnerships and injunctions
You will be enthusiastic with excellent interpersonal skills and naturally adept at remaining under pressure.
