This role focuses on private family matters, offering an excellent opportunity to contribute to a thriving team and deliver high-quality legal services to a diverse client base.
Key Responsibilities
Managing a varied caseload of private family matters, including divorce, financial remedies, child arrangements, cohabitation disputes, and prenuptial agreements.
Providing clear, practical, and empathetic advice to clients, ensuring exceptional client care throughout.
Conducting negotiations and representing clients in court where necessary.
Building and maintaining strong client relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
Contributing to business development initiatives, including networking and marketing activities.
Keeping up to date with changes in family law and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
You
Qualified Solicitor with solid experience in private family law.
Proven ability to manage a broad range of family law matters independently.
Strong advocacy, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
A client-focused approach with excellent communication skills.
Ability to build relationships with clients and colleagues alike.
