Family Solicitor
to join a reputable legal practice with multiple offices. They are a full-service law firm that is seeking a Solicitor with a good understanding of the market to join their expanding Family Team.
You will advise on a variety of matters to include Divorce, Finance, and Children matters.
Duties will include:
Managing own caseload. Advising on a variety of privately funded family matters. Developing existing caseload in divorce, finance, and private children matters. Drafting legal documentation to include Cohabitation Agreements and Prenuptial Agreements. Drafting various Court Applications. Being actively involved in marketing and business development activities.
The successful candidate will:
A qualified Solicitor with a minimum of 3 years of PQE +. Experience in running your own family caseload. The ideal candidate would have specialised exclusively in Private Family Law matters. Experience dealing with sensitive and vulnerable clients.

Competitive salary: £42K+ (depending on experience). Company pension. Standard holiday plus bank holidays.
