This role offers the chance to manage a diverse caseload of private family law matters, including: Divorce and Dissolution of Civil Partnerships. Financial Remedy proceedings. Financial provision for children and separation agreements. Cohabitation agreements. Child Arrangements under the Private Law Children Act. Key Skills and Requirements: Strong ability to manage client expectations and build lasting relationships. Exceptional communication, analytical, and organisational skills. Proficient in file management and meeting deadlines with accuracy and quality. An experienced advocate and competent legal practitioner. Proven ability to support junior team members and work collaboratively. A commitment to business development and securing new client referrals.
